Method
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet set to medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Put the chicken pieces back into the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon juice, and then bring to the table while still hot.
Notes
Personally, I like to add a bit of lemon juice just before serving. It honestly transforms the whole dish by balancing out all that richness. If you’re serving this dish to your guests, garnish it with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs just before serving. It instantly makes it look restaurant-quality!
